no, from everything I've read & seen, the street hemi was a little 
late in '66.  It was expected to be able to roll out the door day 
one with all 1966 Coronets, Belvederes, and Chargers, but it was 
delayed for a small amount of time, I don't know how long maybe 
by a month or two.  If it was longer than 1-3 months I think history
would refer to it as a 66-1/2 or something...  Maybe Bill knows
more about it.
