I don't mean to pile on, but wow did I have an awful experience with 
Jim's.  I went into the transaction knowing that I was paying too much, 
but figured something is worth what someone's willing to pay, blah, 
blah, blah.  However, after being abused by the lady on the phone, two 
words came to mind:

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
