Neal, email me, I've done the conversion and its fairly simple and
straight forward once you have a chrysler electronic ign distributor. 
After that, its about $20 worth of wires and the HEI unit.  You
planning on replacing your coil at the same time I assume?  I put on a
Blaster 2 coil for like $32 and its been great so far.
