6 - 440 series wagon
3 - 1963 model year
2 - Hamtramck assembly plant
100268 - 268th off the car - either the 1st or 2nd day of production

In 1962 the B body Dodge V8 was 5 and the Custom 880 was 6.

For 1963 and 1964, in the U.S., the 880/Custom 880 became 5 and the  B body
Dodge V8 was 6.

In Canada, the B body Dodge V8 was 5 for all three years.  The 880/Custom
880 was never built in Canada.
