I have the A & A crossram with the 440 ports on my 493 big block using Edelbrock aluminum heads, (which I've done some port work on), and running Holley, (actually Proform body's with Holley float bowls), at 750 CFM each.
I have the vacuum secondaries with the quick change tops and the response is nothing short of great. No bog or lag at all when stabbing the throttle. I'm well pleased with the manifold and carb setup.
