If it were me, and I thought it was a spun rod bearing, I'd pull the pan again and start taking the rod caps off one at a time. If it is a spun bearing, you'll see it. The rod cap may even be a little blue in color. I'd look for that first and pull that one, then do the rest. Don't forget to re-torque them.
