Hi - 

The shield is made from 1/8th" aluminum plate. It 's 5" by 10" with a 90 degree bend so it can bolt to the firewall. It covers the entire underside of the dual master cylinder.

My '64 Sport Fury has MW exhaust and a dual master cyl for SS disc brakes. 
The brake fluid boiled until I had an aluminum heat shield made. Works 
great.
