I agree with Tom. Just as a precaution i would grind the curve on the passengers side K member anyway. It is too close for comfort . It worked fine on the stock pans because they ddnt come down that far (were not that deep.) 
It is not major surgery. I tell my customers to just take a body grinder and grind the curve at the front corner back to the visible spot weld area. Just to it not through it. That gives more than enough  clearance. 
By the way i personally hate the aftermarket pans. FIrst the sumps are too wide for the pickups to work properly , especially the tiny mickey mouse pickups they supply. Secondly the Pickup 1/2 " they supply  for the redrilled pickup threads are their standard 3/8 pickup welded to a 1/2 " threaded stub so no benifit there. 
Next i have found the pick up  wont sit in the middle of the pan without pushing down  on the windage tray , enough even  so the rod bolts were rubbing on the tray.
I just fixed an engine built down the road by a shop one of our group also used  and it took 4 1/2 hours to get the aftermarket stuff to fit properly . I had to slice a large section out of the windage tray so the pickup would sit in the centre of the pan . I had to reshape the windage tray so it wouldnt hit the rods (stock stroke) I then noticed the windage tray blocked off draining somewhat at the rear of the pan as it was too close to the rear vertical section of the pan. I then noticed  that this windage tray (made by the big M company) had no drain vents in the down side section. 
This engine had been having mild bearing problems  twice before it came here for repair. ) He kept finding metal in his oil filters . It turned out to be shaved windage tray. metal. The bearings were suffering as well  probably in part due to oil starvation and in part due to the fact they had small block chevy clearances. 
The amount of time i spent fixing the pan and tray  i could have built a new pan  using the Mp longer hemi pickup (which by the way is 1/2 inch all the way, has a better screen and bottom on it) and used a Mp windage tray and all would have been well, Better even.
It blows my mind that so much high dollar stuff is crap. It should by all rights be way better than we could possibly make but it isnt in many cases. Just expensive, gold anodized , cool looking and comes with nice decals.
