My '62 max wedge car has it listed on the fender tag (accoding to Mr. 
Govier's decoding) as well as installed on the car.  I parted out another 
'62 this summer which did not have a bar, but did have the holes for it in 
the frame rail horn.  Another '62 parts car waiting its turn also has the 
holes, making me think they just did the holes in all of them.
