single groove valve keepers on stock engines

So how many of yall have come across single groove valve keepers (locks)
on stock RB/B wedge engines?   a set of 70 383 C-body heads I'm working
on has these instead of the 2 groove intake locks that I've seen on every
other set of RB/B wedge heads I've ever pulled apart  (not a tremendous
number by any means, but certainly a dozen or so...)
