I've delt with CV Vacuum Plating and they do excellent work and Chuck is 
very friendly to deal with. I've never delt with JC Auto but have heard 
nothing but good things about them for gauge repair. Whatever you do 
stay away from Keisler. I could fill a book with the horror stories I've 
heard about him.
