These folks seem to be very good.  I sent them a steering box, they
rebuilt it "as new", and returned it within two weeks.  

It ain't cheap, but if you want safety, reliability, etc., Lares Corp is
a great value.

Mine has a slow leak and have had no success in finding a remanufactured
unit.

Looks like my only option is to mail it out to have it rebuilt.  I am
concerned about shipping this part across the country (from Seattle) and
having my car down waiting for a rebuild.

Have you had your unit rebuilt?  How long did it take?  Can you
recommend the vendor?
