RE: Power Steering Unit Rebuild for '64 Sport Fury

Hi -

I've had two P/S pumps rebuilt by Firm Feel, which I think is near you. I love both units. I didn't bother shipping my cores back(about $85 shipping). They're not cheap, but then what is these days?

Mine has a slow leak and have had no success in finding a remanufactured unit.

Looks like my only option is to mail it out to have it rebuilt. I am concerned about shipping this part across the country (from Seattle) and having my car down waiting for a rebuild.

Have you had your unit rebuilt? How long did it take? Can you recommend the vendor?

Thanks,
Doug
