spot facing valve tips, rockers, etc??

Whats the straight scoop on what needs done when rocker arms get
changed? I have always heard about valve -to- rocker arm wear patterns
and that u need to keep them straight. Well.......... Its a little too
late for that so do I need to have the valve tips and rocker arms spot
faced to give them all a fresh new chance at a new wear pattern.
THEN- what about the other side , the pushrods, since those are all
jumbled up too do I need to just buy all new pushrods??
