man thers a guy here just like u are talking about, i have bought some
stuff from him , but i hate to because he is a butcher.  His nickname is
Chop-up Charlie.  god i have seen him hacking into some stuff that was
completely savable, 2 doors at that, one time i was there and he was
hacking apart a 68 cornet 500  2 door 383  4bbl car, and it was very
savable, not a goner by any means., he cuts them all up and sells frame
rails and trans crossmemebrs and cowls, etc. , mainly to guys back in
the rust belt, i kind of hate that guy.
