I did this on my 1964 Dart.  used the Year One / dealership (with
Chrysler PN) 1969 Dart unit.,, it was $50 or so..,   trimmed the outside
of the arms until it fit the housing and operated to the left and right
positions...  I did that 5-6 years ago and it still works,, drive it
everyday..
