Neal,
     Go to Home Depot or Lowe's and ask them for a circular saw blades. They come in different size circumference. Worked for an oil gauge installation in a '68 RR.

could use a hole saw, or is the drain even very necessary, seems they
dont help much anyway, lest why would our cars always be rotted
there??
