I'm not sure about P4120752, but Bill Hirsch claims to make engine paint 
that is true to the original & sells it in spray can and quart size.  
http://www.hirschauto.com/ Maybe he can send you a paint chip or sample.

Years back there was a discussion about the correct Poly 318 engine 
paint and someone dug up the PPG/Ditzler number. Maybe there's some 
similar # for Chrysler Turquoise.
