Dodger, Over the years I have seen several dyno reports on Max Wedge Headers VS Stock Headers VS Real Headers. In each and every report, the Max Wedge Headers are not much better than the stock headers. In fact there was mention of this in one of the Mopar Mags within the last year. There are always significant performance gains with aftermarket headers. When using after market headers the one common mistake everyone makes is using exhaust size that is too small. Very common problem that results in killing the greater part of the performance goals of the engine build. Earl I ordered an SSH-44 cam from racer this afternoon, as per someone on the lists suggestion, can't quite remember who that was,,,,,,,,any one got any idea,,,,,,,,,,,LOL,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,at any rate, he was disappointed that I was going to run cast iron max wedge headers, and told me that they would be the weak point on my engine combo,,,,,,,,,,,,So I guess the question is has anyone seen or heard of anyone that dynoed an engine using them as well as regular headers, and what was the actual difference in output [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ---- Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
