Check http://www.calcarcover.com/cover_find.aspx and click on the "help 
me choose" button to get a sense of the issues involved.

You can call and get a quote for a '64 there, though a '65 is part of 
their inventory listing & probably should be close enough in size.

I don't know anything else about these guys. Type "custom car cover" in 
a search engine and see what information returns.
