If the tags are legal in YOUR state, then he can't do SH!T. For
instance, the State of MD code states:" These vehicles will be for
used in exhibitions, club activities, parades, tours, occasional
transportation, and similar uses....and will not be used for general
daily transportation". That says you can drive it to a freakin' car
show, or just goto dinner on a nice evening if you want. I really hate
a-holes like this!

Unless it SPECIFICALLY states in the vehicle code for Royal Oak that
these plates are for club meetings and parades ONLY, tell him to go
POUND SAND! The Nats OR ANY OTHER GATHERING could be considered a
"club meeting"...people from your "club" are meeting there. CHECK THE
RULES WITH THE MVA. I think he's DEAD wrong!
