Re: was '64's "Ruby" red exterior paint used again in '65?

No, the colour was not used again in 1965 - only the name.

The Ditzler code for the 1964 red was 71203. In 1965 the code was 71433.
The 1965 Ruby Red is a little lighter than the 1964.

The 1964 exterior red was used for the gloss paint inside as well, although
it was called Majestic Red by Dodge

The 1965 interior gloss red was not the same as the exterior, being code
71355, and was called Dark Red Metallic. It is a little darker than the
exterior as well as being metallic. Neither of the two exterior reds were
metrallic.
