RE: Conv. Door Alignment Wedges?

I think they're the brass (I also think) wedges below the lock pillar.
My doors rattle some and I need something done there myself. Frank was selling them for like 75 bucks a piece so I knew they must be worth about 25.
I think they tighten up the door when closed, maybe they'd cure your situation but I think hinge alignment and pillar adjustment may be in order.

I was looking @ the www.FranBishopRacing.com website and saw
"Convertible Door Alignment Wedges" listed (w/ no pic of course), and
was wondering, WTF are they? It's probably something stupid but I've
just never noticed them before on my car. Do I need some of these to
align my doors better so they they don't look slightly open @ the top?
