Torque specs, need help.

Hey all, I need some assistance. Me and a friend are in the middle of 
rebuilding the engine for the Belvedere (361). I need the torque specs 
and tightening sequence for the main crank bearings. Does some one have 
a diagram or something or a web site I can get it from? I have a service 
manual on CD ROM but it is kind of vague and I need pictures (rookie). 
Any help would be great, thanks in advance.
