Mopar In Heat

I drove my max wedge mostly last autum when the temps were cool. Wow,
what a difference a summer makes. I'm tired of the fuel vaporization and
it's time to do something about it, back to basics.

I have Don D's template for the Fuel Pump Heat Shield. Tomorrow I'm
going to scout some aluminum. "Don", what is the thickness or gauge of
the aluminum? I'm also replacing the stock fuel pump with a Carter 6 lb
pump.

I've also just returned from 3 weeks in Surprise, AZ. What a great drag
strip and facility you guys have out there.
