North Middleton retailer accused of selling counterfeit parts

David Layson was arrested on charges of running a corrupt organization, 
trademark counterfeiting and theft by deception after a search warrant was 
served at Layson?s Restorations Saturday during the Carlisle All-Chrysler 
Nationals, according to North Middleton Township police.

Police said they received complaints from Chrysler Corporation that the company 
was selling counterfeit Chrysler auto parts.

Layson, 42, is of Lakewood, Washington, police said, and was taken to Cumberland 
County Prison awaiting arraignment.
