Do you mean the round pieces that a hold down pin goes through the spring? If so, I don't think these changed much over the years. Take one of what you need to Auto Zone or whatever and look at a later year brake spring kit. Heck, I vaguely remember working on some 80's Mopar brakes that used a similar piece, probably even K cars.
