Lucas Break-in Additive

Anyone used this stuff? I couldn't find the ZDDPlus locally but
Advance had this. The reason I'm asking is I changed the oil last
night in prep for start-up today (hopefully). I put in the Lucas stuff
and 4 quarts. I primed the oil system, and when I went to add more oil
to top off, i noticed some gritty looking crap on the oil baffle. When
you first touch it lo feels like fine sand, but if you rub it between
your fingers, it breaks up quite easily and no longer feels rough.
Anyone every had this issue before? I'd hate to start this thing and
trash all their bearings, and I'm half afraid that hte damage may
already be done as I primed the motor before I saw it. Any thoughts?

also, which way do you spin the oil priming rod (just to make sure i
did it right)...I think I did
