Further to this post
I caught the tail end of an episode of Two Guys Garage

I routed my cable through one of the body plugs on the floor
next to where the door sill goes.It runs under the back seat
into the trunk.Across behind the back seat and as close to
the right side in the trunk as I could get. I found no easy
way to go under the car w/o the cable hanging down and
possibly snagging on road debris.
