RE: Police Special Equpment

Mike,

You need the book titled "Dodge, Plymouth, & Chrysler Police Cars
1956-1978" by Edwin Sanow & John Bellah. It covers history, engine
options, police package options, performance data, etc. Year by year
with lots of great pictures as well.

It also lists, when available, what states or local areas used what
cars. For example, my copy says that New Mexico used Dodge Pursuits &
Patrollers in 1965.

I don't think the book is still in print but Amazon indicates 9 used
copies available.

----
Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
