Doesn't the 318 intake have smaller passages? 

Don't know about the clutch fork. Contact Brewers maybe.

You can have the manual steering box rebuilt to stock or other specs. FirmFeel is one company that does that. www.firmfeel.com You can also probably buy a rebuilt box from a place like NAPA.
