Hi Layne,
It take a special tool to remove and replace the pulley on these. The center of the shaft is threaded when you reinstall the pulley. Might be a little expensive to buy the tool if it's a one time repair. You should be able to find a shop that would do it for you for a small charge. We do them quite often for customers.
