Thats correct I remember now. I think the inlet in the Federal was just a hose clamp and with the Saginaw it was a presure fitting. ??? I have a pressure fitting on MS Cruiser now..

I remember having a issue on my 65 Satellite regarding the
fitting on top of the power steering box.
65 was a change over year to a different fitting ..there
were 2 different ones. I know i had to change the fitting on
MS Cruiser but the Petty Stock Car is the later fitting.
The PS pump was a way later year. Reason for change?
Maybe my memory will clear up???$%#^&@??
