Tasting it wont help Bob because brake fluid and tranny fluid both taste like chicken. LOL

question whether its brake or tranny fluid, but the 62 shop manual says
brake fluid.

It really has a brownish tint (the red must be from your browser) that's
why I didn't know if it was dirty brake fluid, or tranny fluid

hmmm.. i wonder if there's another way to tell the difference... so what
does brake fluid taste like anyway...
