I don't know if you have three holes in your steering wheel, but i prefer a 3 bolt puller. Also put a piece of aluminum or brass between the centr puller threaded shaft and the steering shaft . I can't get the wheel to budge.. and yes I did remove the center nut ;)

I suspect I've done something wrong cause the horn ground wire was
"squeezed" off in the process
