Their is a small packet of silicone grease or is supposed to be that came with the bushings. Using the grease on the surface of the bushing they almost slide in by hand, if you don't their a nightmare. Just did a whole car front & rear with no problems, greasing them well. The first car I did I tried it the old school way with antiseize and ran into the same problems. Tried the grease in the box and it worked like a champ!! When done, I am sure your going to be very happy with the results. Would it still work if I cut it in two? Or is there a way to soften the poly material enough to squeeze it into its hole in the frame? Heat? *Also, I read somewhere that the washers that go on either side of this bushing need to have the raised rim away from the bushing, rather than toward it, or premature wear would result. Any truth to this? thanks, Jim Ozolins Indianapolis '64 Signet 200 _________________________________________________________________ Hotmail® goes with you. http://windowslive com/Tutorial/Hotmail/Mobile?ocid=TXT_TAGLM_WL_HM_Tutorial_Mobile1_052009 -- [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ---- Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
