HELP! Suspension Part

Front end failure. Right front torsion bar adjusting bolt in the lower 
control arm threads into a block that I believe is called a "swivel". 
The side facing to the rear has gound itself away and no longer supports 
itself on the control arm. Does anyone have one for sale. '63 Ply Fury 
B-Body I guess they're all the same.
