Re: Holley adjustment

Paul, I am using that same carb . It is set for two stages of fast idle till the engine warms up enough to stay running.. I start the engine, let run just about ten seconds , blip the pedal just a little so it goes into the slower of the fast idle steps, and then I have to let it warm up some more so it doesn't die when I push the go button.A little aggravating, but I haven't looked at the directions to see if it can be changed.........................MO ----- Original Message ----- From: "Paul Lennemann" <pjlenn@xxxxxxxxx>

Subject: Holley adjustment

Since I'll be getting my car back home soon, I have a nagging little
problem I need to get fixed. After going through the engine last year I
changed to a Holley Street Dominator carb w/ an electric choke. Even
after setting the choke full lean it still loads up like crazy until the
choke starts opening up.
Any Holley guys out there have an idea how to tackle this?
