RE: Reuse B/RB intake Gasket?

Don,
Are you talking about re-using the intake gasket? Years back we
used to reuse the valley-pan (the turkey pan with the metal gasket) over and
over (when we "didn't know any better"). If we had any doubt we put a
little gasket sealer on them, but never had any trouble.

If you're talking about re-using aluminum intake manifolds, then of
course not. You should send all used aluminum intake manifolds to me,
especially if they have more than one carburetor flange. :)

I'm wondering if one can reuse the aluminum intake manifold for these
engines? It was installed last year in the spring and probably has one trip
to Carlisle on it (600 miles) and not much more.
