Another option: in the "Electrical" section of the vendor pages http://1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/restoration-sources.html there are several companies that can take your '63 SFs original radio and strip the guts and install modern am-fm- equipment and make it CD / MP3/ IPOD ready while it retains the original appearance. 

One company also makes a unit that mounts under the seat and runs off a hand held remote.
