Should I buy this car?

I am presently building a '65 Sport Fury and am replacing the original 318poly, with a 426W. The car is in excellent shape, just needs fairing & paint & some upholstery TLC. During my parts searches, I came across a '65 Sport Fury, currently with 440, but it is tagged as an original 426 4v. Haven't had a chance to view it, due to an injury that has laid me up for a couple of weeks. Described to me as minimal rust( I hate that term!), excellent repaint, needs headliner work. The asking price was C$8,000. I told the couple that I might be interested at C$6,000 . Now that I'm better, I am ready to complete my 426 build & wanted to get an opinion on what others thought of the value difference between a '65 SF with a 426 & one that is tagged for the 426, though the block, in either case, will not be original#(stamp) matching. I guess what I'm asking is the value of 426 tags/vin?

P.S. Thanks to Gary Pavlovich for the cherries to plant on top of the 426 cake! Let me know if you've sold the poly 4v intake & what you want for it.
Mike
