head gaskets

hi all
thanks for tips on old car insurance.
question for all the mopar gear heads.
what would be the best and (thinnest) head gasket that could be used.
i'm running stock max wedge heads on a 440 bored .030 over piston"s flat tops--they are .125 below deck
im thinking stock gaskets are about .050 thick untill compressed--not to sure what they are when compressed.
any thoughts.
