Yeah, Herb, we heard him promoting Union Grove many times over the years back in the day.  It was one of our favorite radio quotes to imitate and have fun with over the years.  He may even have promoted the smaller WI track at Kaukauna - WI International Raceway.  But that guy may have been an imitator, too.
