Yep,,,,,,,,BFH works great, just be sure they is nothing behind them when  
you knock them out,,,, and yes have been pulling new ones in place for years 
 with an old nut, book probably says to press them, but have never had a 
problem  yet......

You can knock em out OK in the car.  You can pull the  new ones in as you 
describe too.  Think I put the lug nut on upside down  so as to have a flat
