I saw it at a swap meet.  Was told it came from a factory sponsored car from
the 60s.  The Ramchargers name was eluded to but seller was noncommittal. 
All he would say, it was found in a dumpster behind a well known race teams
shop in Detroit?    Bet a throttle linkage set-up & carb adjustment would be
