spindle rusted to brake plate

Any ideas on how to free one of my front spindles from the brake plate?

Both of the upper mounting bolts are rusted solid as well.

I don't want to harm either piece as I have to re-use both of them, so
to date I haven't used the BFH ...

I have a rattle can of PB Blaster ( or equivalent ) - can you buy that
stuff in quantity large enough to soak in a bucket or some such?
