You probably don't want to hear my thoughts..anyway
$1500 as it sits....front spindles on so it can be pushed arond $1800....ask 
a few more and let it go for those prices. All pieces included. As far as 
the 440 ....if it is 72 or older..more...73 or newer less..
You are looking at alot of work, plus a new top and interior.
Sounds as if you will never complete it and its outa your hair....just me
