SV: brakedrums

I got the rear drums of, I need to use the front drums on the rear axel.
I am just afraid I will bend them in the process of removing the hub.

Thanks, Knud erik

Hej Knud,
What are you saying?
The rear drums are hard to get off...or you want to use the front drum on
the rear?
If the rear are hard to get off, you might have to back off the star wheels
to allow the drum to clear the ridge that sometimes forms as the drum wears.
If it's the front then try knocking (or pressing) out the studs before you
take the drum off.

Regards,
Ken

Hello people,

I need to get the hub of the front brake drum? As I am planning on using the
drums on the rear axel.(I have installed disc brakes up front) the rear
drums are worn out. It looks like I have to be really violent.

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks in advance for you time,

Knud erik Bergstein Holm, ´62 sport fury
