unless my math is wrong, your original formula is saying that your tires
are only 15.1 inches tall,,,,,

I have a car with 2:93's in it many years ago.
It was turning half as much rpm's as you are talking about.
4300 rpm's sounds like you have lawnmower tires on that thing.
