Re: Rear end ratio vs RPM update

Ollie, on a car that came equipped with the 904 overdrive, what car would that be? And what rear ratio would a car have with that tranny? .....................MO

My many thanks to Jimmy, Dodger and Steve. The tack problem solved, it was the switch on the back of the tack, got it in the proper position.
I am turning as predicted 2850 RPM @ 70 MPH
Think I am going an upgraded transmission to reduce top end RPM. 904 3sp/w overdrive. Leave the 3:23 rear end alone.
Thanks to all...knowledge on this web site has shined again!
Ollie
